Can you support clients outside Metro Detroit?+

Yes. Day-to-day support is delivered remotely from a 24/7 helpdesk and NOC. On-site work outside Metro Detroit is dispatched through a vetted field-technician network covering all 50 states. For multi-site rollouts and enterprise migrations, principal-level travel is included — we show up in person when it matters.

What compliance frameworks do you support?+

SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2, HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule, PCI DSS, NIST 800-171, and CMMC 2.0 Levels 1 and 2. Readiness assessments are sized as fixed-fee engagements; ongoing compliance management runs as a monthly retainer.

Do you support Apple devices, or are you Microsoft-only?+

Apple devices are first-class endpoints in our stack. Full MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, or Microsoft Intune for Mac), Apple Business Manager enrollment, FileVault and Mac-specific security controls, and identity integration with M365, Google Workspace, or Okta. Same SLA and security baseline regardless of platform.

Can you help with AI automation even if our business is not technical?+

Yes. We focus on practical automation: internal knowledge assistants, reporting automation, email and CRM workflows, customer-service triage, and repetitive admin tasks. The 90-day AI Automation Sprint deploys 5–10 production-ready automations with documented hour-savings.

Do you lock businesses into long-term contracts?+

Foundation is month-to-month. Growth and Manufacturing+ require 12 or 24 month minimums because of onboarding economics, but include a 30-day no-fault exit clause if SLA targets are missed in two consecutive months. You're not locked in if we don't deliver.

Why is your base rate higher than the cheapest MSP I quoted?+

Our base includes EDR, 24/7 SOC monitoring, security awareness training, dark-web monitoring, vulnerability management, and vCIO function. When you sum the same scope from a cheaper provider, our total is usually within 10 to 15 percent and often lower.

Do you offer month-to-month contracts?+

Foundation tier is available month-to-month. Growth and Manufacturing+ require 12 or 24 month minimums because of onboarding economics. All tiers include a 30-day no-fault exit clause if SLAs are missed in two consecutive months.
